What we did
Greenwich–based charity Bridge wanted to mark its 30th anniversary with an event to celebrate the work its staff does in delivering vital mental health support to thousands of people in south London. The charity actually wanted to host both a public event and a private dinner to thank staff for their hard work over the years. White Label staged the Bridge 30th Anniversary Conference, 'What Works in Wellbeing,' for 100 mental health professionals and care workers at Devonport House in Greenwich on February 23, 2017. This was followed by a private dinner for 60 Bridge staff and volunteers in the evening.
How we did it
White Label Events Team organised every aspect of the conference on behalf of Bridge, from booking the venues and the catering, to booking guest speakers, and issuing delegate invitations, as well managing the smooth running of the day. The White Label studio designed the event branding and promotional materials to the client brief. While the White Label Comms team delivered the pre and post event PR, as well as a video to record the events of the day. We also achieved wide-ranging press and social media coverage to promote the event and raise the profile of Bridge. Our experienced team of conference organisers were able to research and invite additional expert speakers to address the conference on the key themes. We briefed all the speakers – including the Bridge team – and organised and oversaw every aspect of the event and dinner. Our service included issuing feedback forms and preparing a post event evaluation report to the client.
